5. He seems to be obssessed....
With the issue of "political capital." I remember reading a quote from him before, where he said he thought his father earned political capital after the Gulf War, and didn't use it. He also said he thought President Clinton tried to spend political capital that he really didn't have!

What an amazing jerk!
