There is NO WINNING the "war on terror" or the war in Iraq...
There are two solutions:

Kill everyone in the Middle East or Negotiate and Pull out....

There is no other choice. Bush has fucked it up beyond repair.

The first "solution" is ridiculous which leaves only the second.

1. and the withdrawal must be followed by war crimes prosecutions...
...of the administration and the military command that followed its orders into a war of aggression. After WWII we knew that the fascists and their followers had to be rooted out aggressively to protect the peace. Now we're making the same mistakes that Germany did under the Nazis, and we need some of the same aggressive justice to set matters right again!

7. I'm quite sure that the Iraqis
would be much happier rebuilding their own country then being killed while we do it. As if we are rebuilding anything.

If a country invaded us, would you rather rebuild on your own or live in fear of being killed or having your family tortured and/or killed while that country pretends they are taking care of your needs?

3. Ever see "The Fog of War"?
McNamara says that some of the military leaders would have been tried for war crimes if the U.S. had lost the war...

4. I've said again and again, "terrorism" is not an ideology:
it's a tactic that has been used by fanatics of EVERY political persuasion throughout history.

Having a "war on terrorism" is as silly as having a "war on ambushes."

8. It's the 21st century version of the "war on drugs".
It'll last as long as bush wants it to last. Which is to say, forever.

9. Exactly! Here's someone else who said it also:
Zbigniew Brzezinski said in a piece in the Washington Post on November 9, 2003:

"It's as if we said that World War II was not fought against the Nazis but against blitzkrieg."

11. The "solution" seems to be heading towards the "Final Solution".
"Bring it on", the dunce said. And, they sure are.

All we're doing now is throwing gasoline on the fire and asking for more.

We have sown the wind and harvest time is coming.
