He simply vanished off their airwaves even though he's a "political consultant" for them. See the rules of the game are as follows--Republicans can lie, yell, and do anything they want, but God forbid if a Dem tells the truth. They're allowed to appear as often as they'd like and people like O'Donnell are banished.

I saw this live too and thought it was an amazing moment but afterwards, I heard that O'Donnell got all kinds of hate mail, that there was calls for him to "apologize" and saw his very sanity questioned.

Isn't it interesting that even O'Donnell has been breaking news on this whole Plame thing that he's not even turned up on MSNBC's most liberal program, Countdown?

As much as I would love, love, love to see our side be able to do this on a DAILY basis, the rules of the media game are firmly stacked against us.

Shouldn't they have been running him night and day on their political programs because he apparently did (does) have inside info on this investigation? So where is he then and why hasn't he been on MSNBC lately?

He still hasn't been on MSNBC or NBC as of late since this incident. And you cannot deny (okay, apparently you can) that he has not been on in recent weeks even though he's been at the forefront of breaking news on this Plame thing.

And for the record? McLaughlin is syndicated--seen in far fewer markets than say NBC and MSNBC are seen in. The message is pretty clear here that he's still being punished for this Scarborough incident.
