Our congress knew in 2003 about the abuse in Iraq, the humiliation.
In April, 2003, many of us here called and sent emailed links to at least this senators....John Warner, Bill Nelson, and then candidate Bob Graham.

I called, read part of the Amnesty International article, and I sent the link to the pictures at the bottom of the site.

A few times last year, Nelson and Warner at hearings would do the cluck cluck thing, like how shameful. But they knew in April 2003 at least.

Here is the Amnesty International article from April 25, 2003.

Follow the link to the pictures at the bottom from a foreign newspaper.

Also to further my point....here a google search page with the title of the Amnesty story as a search term. They knew, it was all over the place. It is to their shame and ours it is so much worse and continues. They chose to ignore it.

3. I also called and emailed the Armed Services Committee.
I got an email address to send it so it would not lost in the shuffle. They knew. I got their phone number from the Congress.org site.

And now they are feigning outrage, sort of.
