Now, Bush may have been lying his ass off during that interview, but wouldn't it be a hoot if Bush's statement were used to hang Rove?

9. The President Of The USA, In The Oval Office, Must Be Under Oath

The son of a bitch was under the oath of office. It requires he 'faithfully' execute the dutys of the office. Faithful does not mean you can tell a lie. If you lie about a know fact you are acting in an unfaithful way. How much simpler could it be. When he is home fucking with a chain saw he can lie all he likes. When he is in the Oval Office, doing the business of the Government, as he surely was in working with a lawful investigation being conducted by a Government Prosecutor, how in hell could he not be thought of as at that time acting in his legal capacity as President? If he was indeed acting as the President then he had to be under oath.
