God forgive america.....

Bodies are carried away from the scene of a suicide truck bomb explosion outside of the Rashad police station (not seen) Sunday, July 24, 2005, in the eastern neighborhood of Mashtal, Baghdad, Iraq. A suicide car bomber driving a truck loaded with explosives slammed into the Baghdad police station killing at least 20 people and wounding another 30, police said. (AP Photo/Hadi Mizban)

Baghdad looks like hell on Earth....

1. Great Pics
I really do believe a libray of imagery should be started or initiated through our proper channels. Images like these are very important. The only thing I worry about are copyright issues... if there are any.

it.... but check it out if you can handle it...

www.undermars.com WARNING: some of the photos are EXTREMELY UPSETTING.... move through the pages at your own risk, they don't seem to have a copyright statement unless I missed it somewhere...

4. I feel so sad for the innocent Iraqi people.
On top of the terror they have sewage problems, intermittent electricity and no jobs to speak of. The United States, under the "leadership" of George Bush, has managed to create hell on earth.

20. So do I
Remember when the electricity was out all over the east? My aunt asked how I did with it and I was telling her I was feeling sorry for myself because it was so hot and sticky until I thought about how hot it was in Iraq. They had little or no electricity and that wasn't going to be fixed in a day.
She told me they didn't care. They had gone generations without electricity or air conditioning so they were used to it. What?

I pointed out that we had also gone generations without it, but when I loose it I miss it right away. My ancestors not having refrigeration or AC didn't mean I dealt with it well.

She didn't get the comparison evidently. Just said I wasn't Iraqi. OK. So then I brought up the soldiers there in that heat and she agreed that must be horrible for them.

She is a Republican. Is that connected? That "they" are not like us?

...you know what those pictures are to the rethugliKKKons?!?!??!

JACKOFF MATERIAL.

Seriously, the ONLY way these sorry bastards can get even half-hard is to see someone else's misery and suffering. Well, I say, if they're so into, THEY NEED TO GO DO IT TO THEMSELVES AND LEAVE THE REST OF US ALONE.

:sarcasm:

History will record that we unbridled the Iraqi people of Saddam Hussein, but only because of corporate greed. Over $200 billion for this fiasco, as Halliburton and other corporations are rolling in lucrative government contracts. Not only is this war devastating Iraq, it is draining our treasury.

War is good for the CEOs but it sucks for the Iraqis and it sucks to be one of our troops in this bloodbath. And it sucks to be living in a country in which half the people wave the flag and support this shit.

Bush and his corporate cronies have caused the unjust and costly Iraq war, and in the process, allowed our real enemies to get away!
