3. Tomorrow instead of the usual press briefing
correspondents can ask questions, but for answers they'll be rolling videotape from last week ("asked in the context of an ongoing investigation..." "I think I've already answered"..."the President wants to get to the bottom of this more than anyone"...)

5. Everytime he says "I've already covered that", the entire
press gaggle should stay up and salute. Then sit down. Every time. Now that would really send a statement.
