Doesn't an actor playing a DA saying it is ok mean that we can all just rest easy about the matter? (For those who don't know, former TN Sen. Fred Dalton Thompson, who plays Arthur Branch, has been asked by Bush to help get the Roberts nomination through Congress. L&O fans I've talked to are less than impressed, btw-only good comment is that maybe it means he'll leave the show,)
