1. Better not carry it in your backpack on NYC subways
That will get you on the "watch" list, for sure.

2. Yeah, and don't carry it near anyone's property or person in FL
They'll legitimately shoot you 'cause they'll think you're a threat!

3. they have no idea how dumb they are
For all the cop-killing the game purportedly "encourages," shooting at cops actually does little more than drain ammo (a resource without which the game is lost) and overall the cops are invincible in the game (they never stop coming, and eventually any non-perfect player e.g. human will slip up and get shot down by them). The enemies for which credit accrues are black and hispanic gang members. The girlfriend subgame everyone so loves to go on about may have some potentially raunchy material and a bit of satire about uncaringness, but to extract rewards from the subgame he has to be faithful and "treat her right" to the limited extent possible.

They're shooting their own stated agenda in the foot. The game says "attacking cops is a bad idea," "you are mostly helpless to do anything when cops come after you," and "you have to treat women well to get anything out of a relationship" in no uncertain terms.

5. Thank Hillary for bringing this important matter to the forefront.
I love Hillary, but this was one bone-headed issue to take up.

Now what are we going to be? Democrats - The Party Of Censorship.

You watch.

I am 100% democrat, and this is just a stupid issue to persue. In the end we have a Constitution that protects things like GTA from idiots that want to attempt to score political points.

Talk about a sure-fire way to alienate the "youth vote"...

Why would any thinking person think it's acceptable to go after game content, but not any other form of art/entertainment? It's just stupid.
