Dick, Bill, George and Karl

I almost miss "tricky Dick." His crime was dirty politics, the kind that's almost expected these days. Republicans have committed worse crimes recently in the name of politics. And Bill Clinton suffered mightily for a personal transgression who we were all told was the equilalent of killing babies. Now we have the crime of the century. There never would have been this war if Americans and Congress knew that the documents were forged, and that this administration lied to persue this war. The inspectors were too close to finding nothing. They would have confirmed Wilson's knowledge. So the inspectors were forced out. No yellow cake, no mushroom cloud.

Are comparisons between this administration and the Third Reich really so far off?

more disturbing to me is the ultimate secrecy of the bush cabal and the price of their loyalty to their cause which seems to place their own interests ahead of the US citizens..more so than any presidency in my lifetime or that I have studied

Secrecy and Freedom cannnot mutually co-exist for too long..
