On a scale of 1 - 9, how smart is the average DUer?

A current poll asks what DUers think of the intelligence of the average USAian. So far, the answer seems to be 'not much'. Does that low opinion apply to compatriot DUers too, or do DUers see themselves as being cut from finer intellectual cloth?

11. I lied

I said I was of average intelligence, but in reality, I'm a dumbass. See, I like a lot of stuff that the average American likes, but apparently not DUers. At least not a lot of them. Stuff like a cold beer after my blue collar workday, listening to some good old Rock and Roll like Lynyrd Skynyrd or ZZ Top, Fishing in the big ol' Mississippi River, watching sports on tv, etc. etc.
Now before anyone gets bent out of shape, I realize that a lot of DUers, as well as everyone else enjoys the aforementioned things. I just want to point out that we cannot afford intellectual snobbery or even the perception of it. After all, we are all Americans and we are certainly going to have some differences. It'd be fairly boring if we were all the same.

Wisdom allows people to act intelligently in matters
that matter.
The music you listen to, or the beer you drink has
