Are there any factual accounts of Iraq "success" stories regarding |
the "reconstruction"? Freepers are always grousing about how none are reported, yet I wonder if there is anything to report, the freepers who complain don't ever offer any stories either.

1. Well, the Iraqi government is whining that even after 2 billion dollars |
being spent Baghdad is falling apart. Does that help?

2. I'm thinking along the lines of a book of photos of completed |
buildings, power plants, waterworks, schools, or whatever that would be proof positive that something was obtained by all this US tax money.

3. I'm trying to help you out here. When the Iraqis said that all the schools |
that Halliburton was paid to fix were still a wreck, when these poor people still don't have water or electricity, when we keep bombing the shit out of the place, I would be willing to bet my next check (and I can't afford to lose my check), that there ain't enough construction or repairs done in that country to fill a chapter of a book, let along a book. And I'm feeling certain here that I'm stretching it by saying 'chapter'.
I take that back. They have 14 military bases that are in pretty good shape.
