"I Just Wanted a Video Game, Not Eternal Damnation in Hell"
Edited on Tue Jul-26-05 12:00 AM by GiovanniC

The creator of the game, Rockstar Games, has stated that it will offer a downloadable patch to fix the sex issue in the PC versions, and is working on a new version of the game that will prevent this content from being unlocked in the future.

Thank God. I'll be the first person to download and patch my PC version of "Grand Theft Auto." I want to shoot people in the face, bang prostitutes, traffic drugs, steal cars, and terrorize police officers without this filthy smut in my game. Frankly, I'm appalled that Rockstar would allow such wholesale corruption of our youth. Years from now when America has become a withered husk of the morality it once stood for, historians will look back at what triggered it all and point to one event: a boolean variable that unlocked a simulated sex scene in a video game.

1. Maddox rules.
The only reason I can ever find to get out of bed is to check to see if he's updated his site.

4. That's Why I Bought It
I had heard you can be a taxi driver and actually pick up fares and deliver them to various places. It sounded so exciting.

Imagine my surprise when I found out I could bash in a police officer's skull with a dildo. I was totally unaware of this.

:sarcasm: :dilemma:

But it's not until a pixelated character gets a pixelated blowjob from his pixelated girlfriend that everyone goes apeshit.

6. yea no shit or the fact that these good Xtian parents don't bother to
check the big "M" sign on the box before buying it for Junior for Xmas.

Jeez once I heard a story from a game store clerk friend of mine that some woman came in wanting that game for her 7 YEAR OLD for Christmas and he suggested that she get something that is more suitable for his age like Mario Sunshine or some kiddie Nintendo Game and she insisted that that was the game he wanted and by golly he was gonna get that one!. My friend tried one more time to convince her that really especially being Christmas and all that game isn't the most approriate and she finally blew up on him and demanded to see the manager.

A major reason why I REFUSE to support Hillary is the Media Marketing Accountability which I think should instead be directed for force fucking parents to get some accountability for the shit they buy their brats.

This is one instance where you can't blame the industry; the industry puts warnings all over their games and products at that point it becomes the total responsiblity of the parents.

9. Exactly!
I get so sick of it myself. It's called personal responsibility. If people used it a bit more we'd all get a long fine better in this country. It's the same with music. Until the kid is old enough to have a job and pay for their own stuff don't buy it for them! Also there are website's that are for game's and tell reviews and even sites like amazon.com does that as well and has people post reviews. When my brother and I were younger my dad checked out the game before we bought it. Now we're adults of course and can take care of ourselves.

5. Maddox on the "liberal media"
Liberal media: Whiny, bitching, cry-baby conservatives love to prattle on and on about the "liberal media." To be fair, except for FOX News (Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, John Gibson, Neil Cavuto, Steve Doocy, E.D. Hill, Brian Kilmeade, Brit Hume), Clear Channel, Laura Ingraham, Dr. Laura, Rush Limbaugh, Hugh Hewitt, Ann Coulter, Newsmax, G. Gordon Liddy, Michael Reagan, Michael Savage, The New York Post, Sinclair Broadcast Group (WLOS13, Fox 45, WTTO21, WB49, KGAN, WICD, WICS, WCHS, WVAH, WTAT, WSTR, WSYX, WTTE, WKEF, WRGT, KDSM, WSMH, WXLV, WURN, KVWB, KFBT, WDKY, WMSN, WVTV, WEAR, WZTV, KOTH, WYZZ, WPGH, WGME, WLFL, WRLH, WUHF, KABB, WGGB, WSYT, WTTA), David Horowitz, Rupert Murdoch, PAX, and MSNBC's Joe Scarborough, they're right.

Gotta live that Maddox :p

7. He forgot "assault policemen with a two-ender dildo."

Which is also something you can do in this (awesome) game.
