O'LOOFAH's Contorted Denial Is Fun to Pop into Once in Awhile

I pretty much stopped checking in on O'LOOFAH back when he settled his harassment case, when his ratings were in a permanent seeming downward trend, but I stopped by to see what he's up to.

If there was ever one key to unlocking O'LOOFAH, it's DENIAL---denial about who he is, who he represents, what he stands for, how he spins---deny deny DENY.

And there he was tonight gloating over what he said was the demise of the entire "Liberal media". CONTORTION: If he's such an "Independent" why is he happy about any misfortune for Libs? His example for this demise was what he said was the "firing" of Michael KINSLEY at the LA Times. I'll look for a link seen earlier today saying something about his resigning for his own reasons.

Then he went on to sum up his premise, dating the demise back to when DONAHUE was fired by MSRNC for, he said, "low ratings although his ratings were higher than the other" MSRNC shows. CONTORTION: So, LOWER rated MSRNC shows were not terminated, meaning DONAHUE was not fired for "low ratings" now was he. He said that there is NOT A SINGLE Lib commentator/icon out there because Libs are perceived as being anti-OUR-COUNTRY.

Then he hosted that Byron YORK dweeb as somebody who keeps an eye on "The Vast Left Wing Conspiracy." The topic was that Jane FONDA has fabricated a peace tour for herself, her claiming Bill RICHARDSON was going to join her but that RICHARDSON immediately denied it. The dweeb guest said that the Lib bloggers and "legitimate peace movement" don't want her "with her baggage, don't want to re-fight THAT war."

He lives in Seattle, and could not do the day to day of running the editorial page from there. His column is being increased and he is taking over their internet coverage.

Michael Kinsley, the provocative editorial and opinion-page editor of The Los Angeles Times, said yesterday that he would be changing jobs in the next few months and most likely would no longer be running the department. He will not necessarily leave the editorial page, he said, but his new role is still being worked out. ....
