This may sound like a silly question, but what does PNAC stand for?

One of the first things I did was to acquaint myself with the PNAC = Project for the New American Century. It explained a lot of mysteries, like what had happened to the Ream-publican Party. Also, why the US turned a deaf ear to the world and charged ahead into Iraq to "defend itself".
I learned that Iraq was only one among many countries which would shake in the presence of the mighty US, ruler of the Entire World.
It's really scary stuff. I think the thing that finally clinched it for me was, the US represents not even 5% of the world's population, and yet we persist in believing that we're going to boss around the other 95%. How's that for dysfunctional?
