Appears likely there will be a runoff election in San Diego
Donna Frye got 104872 votes, 43.32% of the total

Next is the Republican
Jerry Sanders with 65399 votes, 27.01% of the total

There are 24300 Absentee ballots uncounted, but to reach 51% she would need to get almost eighty percent of them.
