Are you sure Democrats proposed this? I've always been told by the "liberal media" that they are the party of no new ideas. :sarcasm:

This is why I thought it might not be new.

I do love it as well. I wish they would have done it a few months ago, but it's a start. I've been screaming for weeks that Dems need to start proposing their own ideas. Just attacking won't win us any elections.
