Don't get old, laid off, downsized, outsourced or anything else. Do not rock your workplace boat. Be as inconspicuous as you can at work. Never express an opinion. That way you will never get the raise-but you'll maybe have a job. These jerks do not deserve a raise, they deserve to be laid off-better yet, fired for dishonesty. That way they cannot get unemployment.
