Thanks to reagan and the others who foisted "individualism" and "self-reliance" on us, denouncing the sense of community we should be sharing, that people are refusing to sign up out of selfishness; preferring to think they're going to make it rich like all the other wealthy elite? :rofl:

(some haven't because they know about the mass amount of deaths. Others because they thought it was all based on lies. But I dare say the largest amount of "I won't sign up"'ers is because they care only for their own selves and status.
