???..National Security Order???

.......Recently posted was a Nat'l Security Order #(Executive?)that essentially dismantled briefings between the various intelligence agencies......The meetings as stated by the author had been protocol for decades......A friend recently attended a Stansfield Turner lecture and his intrepretation of the speakers opinion regarding the cause of 911 essentially was a parroting of the Bush administrations official reasoning, lack of communication.....I jotted down the NSO# but have misplaced it.....If anyone could be of assistance in locating the NSO# I will greatly appreciate it.....Best Wishes
