Tom DeLay makes house republicans his bitches on CAFTA vote
DeLay has the republicans balls in his vise. They will do what he tells them or else lose funding for their pet projects.

They are truly Tom DeLay's bitches.

votes or not," or words to that effect. Yeah, they have to vote with him or else. Except Dr. Ron Paul (R). He does what he wants and they know it.
