Either way, he doesn't need bulk sales to get it onto the best sellers list like some washout nutcase whore.

9. I like your new sig line, too
;-)

The book is sitting right next to me on my scanner. I've only finished the first few chapters. I wish I had more time to get through the rest of it. What chapter are you in?

6. Franken's Book
I haven't read it yet. I will purchase it from Amazon as soon as the price goes down. I am still waiting on Hillary's book to be
reduced. I have read all of Al's other works.

11. My 83 year-old Dad just finished his copy and sent it to me...
...he said he laughed until he cried, and he thinks Franken really nailed the goose-steppers.

Just started it today, and Franken is a real hoot!!

12. mef
why'd i have to sign back in? was i on punishment and didn't know it?

anyway, i made sure to get the book and al's literary opus on blimpball i'd been wantin' to get for too long through this site (just doin' my part.... political consumerism, i say). only cost me $25 and some change for both, free shipping and whatnot, which just meant i'd have to deal with the free shipping policy of 'we'll get it there when it fucking comes' amazon has.

but it was all right.... got it on a thursday, was finished the next monday i think, and would've been sooner if not for sleep and other inconveniences. as well as getting nearer to the end and not wanting it to be finished so soon.... umm... i was tryin' to think of somethin' more meaningful to share to add to the dialogue. but it'll come after i sign off. which means i'll at least get to enjoy it, and hopefully everyone can enjoy it vicariously through me.... for what it's worth though, i'm pickin' it back up and givin' it another go soon, and sharin' some anecdotes with others wantin' to get in on some of the action, but not dedicated enough to shelling out money for it.

it's fantastic shit, although al looks like, on the cover, he just ran over his child's cat and has to think of something to tell them.

icojo was there, and I got to meet her.

It was a wonmderful experience to attend (and worth he $8 extra bucks I spent as opposed to buying it on Amazon.com).

I have about 4 pages to go.
