After decades of secrecy, the CNP begins to emerge

And frankly, I find it scary.

The Council for National Policy was founded in 1981, but you may have never heard about this 'little' Council.

Raise your hand if you have heard of it.

Recently, some developments have taken place.

The CNP now has a website.

The whois says it was created in 1999, but it has been active for only a couple of months.

What does this all mean?
