Nafta roll call vs. Cafta roll call |
|
It's a shame Cafta passed, but at least the republicans can be held accountable now. It was extremely frustrating to me that the dems could not use trade issues very effectively in elections.
Now the parties are lined up pretty clearly. Bring on 2006.
Nafta: Republican 132 43 Democratic 102 156 Independent 1 TOTALS 234 200
Cafta: Republican 202 27 2 Democratic 15 187 Independent 1 TOTALS 217 215 2

1. Well, my representative, MELISSA BEAN, voted yes-- |
|
and I have had it. The lawn sign is in the trash, the checkbook is closed, the hours promised to her office have been revoked. Better than her Repub. predecessor?? Prove it, Rep. Bean! She could have been a hero.

I hope those Dems will hear from their constituents on this - and they get their pink slips.
