I just channel it better. When I used to work as a columnist it was part of my job to be well informed, but I was angry all the time, as the Iraq war just happened etc. It was effecting my nerves and health, so now I'm more apt to crack jokes about this stuff. I've become conditioned to some of it. I read several papers a day, plus a lot of non MSM stuff, I'm more informed than ever, but if I let every little thing piss me off, I'd end up in an early grave. Find a way to channel your anger and stuff. Keep that passion, it's good, just don't let it get to you too much. Me? I care so much about the unbalance of power I'm running for State Senate in '06. Just keep fighting in your own way, plus stay proactive and you'll be fine.
