3. It was a "good" wrong... |
|
It was wrong for him to do it. However, the harm it causes him may do us more good in the long-run. I don't understand how stubborn this man can be, making an appointment that is only temporary, that makes it clear that he doesn't give a crap about the Senate.

18. Done & sure hope the Bolton thing backfires on Bushie big time. |
|
I'm hoping somebody in the UN rattles Bolton's chain and he goes ballistic and embarrasses himself to no end. I think it will happen because of the pressure he'll be under from the PNAC bunch.

19. Well, for what it 's worth, he was booed when he went into the UN |
|
today! And Mitchel (Greenspans wife) was asked by Wolff how long it was going to take Bolton to stick his foot in his mouth on this new job, and she said "Ehhh, 2 months...maybe?"
I gotta say, I laughted a lot when I heard he was booed when he went into the UN today though. On the Olberman show tonight, the host opened the show with "How would you feel if you were booed when you walked up to the door of your NEW JOB?

24. I still can't find confirmation that he testified before the GJ. |
|
All I've heard for sure was about being questioned by some Under Secretary of State.
I know his name is mixed in the group who were on AF1 when the "memo" was supposed to have been read aloud, but nothing else.
I would LOVE for Fitz to get them all the the same net, but I have to take my patience pills for another month or two.

27. Bush blamed Bolton's problems on "partisan politics." |
|
Funny, but I recall a few repugs being worried about Bolton too. The Republican-controlled committee sent him to the Senate for a vote WITHOUT a recommendation.
