| I'm confused regarding Hackett |

Last night there were different total vote numbers with 100 % of precincts counted.....one had Schmidt at 49 000 something and Hackett at 45000 something....translated into 52% for Schmidt and 48% Hackett.
And now today, I read Schmidt got 47 000something and Hackett got 44 000 something....still 52% Schmidt and 48 % Hackett.
Why the discrepancy?????????

It was reported that with 100 percent of precincts on two different websites - and they had different totals. And it was a substantial difference - over 4000 votes different.
It is not the percentages that I wonder about - it is why the totals were different.

If the percentages changed, I'd be worried, but they actually went up in Hackett's favor. I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about this.
