bush said the marines who died 'Died for a Noble Cause'
Edited on Wed Aug-03-05 01:04 PM by mopaul
saw a clip just now on cnn bush referring to the heavy losses lately.

then he looked straight into the camera with such faux resolve and said that it was important to honor their sacrifice by 'finishing the job'.

----sucker

2. And of course, the best way to finish the job is to
head down to Crawford for a month.

4. What job?
It's 2 1/2 years later and I still have npt a clue as to the job they are doing. For the record the soldiers are pretty much finished job wise. Being dead is hard on the resume.

6. Happily "sacrificing" their lives and singing"God Bless America".

The Saviour of the Officers Club speaks. Put on that flight suit and tell the cannon fodder about the "failed insurgency" and the "progress" those dead marines made.

10. "Make no mistake about it," Bush said. "We are at war." more quotes

He said the families of fallen troops can know that the United States government will "honor their loved ones' sacrifice by completing the mission."

12. Where's the "personal responsibility" the RWr's love to talk about?
"honor their loved ones' sacrifice by completing the mission." God, how I hate that word "sacrifice". As if those poor mutilated guys/girls were just itching to die for the "noble" cause.

"The violence in recent days in Iraq is a grim reminder of the enemies we face,"

"We"??? When you get in a humvee and start getting shot at, get back to me, Georgie.
