Red State Preist gets flack for apologizing for Hiroshima and Nagasaki
http://www.wagt.com/news/local/1751977.html

The atomic bomb dropped on the people of Hiroshima and Nagasaki..

Today, nearly 60 years later, one local priest from St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church plans to travel back the to the Island to apologize for the actions of the United States. Something that doesn't sit well with local world war two veterans...

The priest heading to Japan, father Bob Cushing of St. Teresa of Avila, might be facing disciplinary action...

In the email, Father Payton told Cushing, "I think you have crossed the line" ... "I'm also asking Bishop Boland to release you of your ministry as Parochial Vicar at St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church."

Note: this story is from Dr Fate's hometown, Augusta GA.
