The heck with politicians - Just have actors run - |
|
May the best actor/actress win.

I know that's cynical - but that is what I'm thinking if Swartz...(or should him call him Warts) wins this thing in California.
Of course there is some actor in probably all of the candidates, but jeez louise. Who needs political science knowledge when you can act?

1. What gets me is the hypocrisy... |
|
When there were actors/actresses protesting the war they were told to shut up because they were mere entertainers using their celebrity to get a message out. But suddenly now that ah-nold is running, it's a-okay. :wtf:

2. repulses have never minded actors-- as long as they are. . . |
|
on the "right" side-- witness ronald reagan, fred gandy, fred thompson, nancy kulp, ted nugent, and now the latest-- kelsey grammer.
the only positive thing to be said for them is that at least they can read cue cards

the one with the most Oscars wins. Of the politically active, Susan Sarandon would get in, wouldn't she? ;)
