1. Paul Rodgers
Paul Rodgers (of Free) is an excellent singer but it does mean Queen are a very different band than they used to be. Much more blues-ey.

2. Queen is not touring...
A bunch of guys who used to be in Queen are touring with a new singer and trying to cash in. The difference is HUGE. (see also: 21st Century Doors)

3. Not even a bunch of guys. Only two.
Brian May and Roger Taylor specifically. Bass player John Deacon chose not to be involved in this mockery. Though I suppose it's better than touring with a talentless boyband puppet named Robbie Williams, which was a possibility a few years ago.

4. That's a bit unfair
Brain May and Roger Taylor were the founding members of the band and were playing together long before Deacon and Mercury arrived.

I don't care what anyone else thinks, the new band sounds great :-) Different sure, but so what?

5. I'm with you.
I get really annoyed when people start trashing a reformed group just because they are not all the original members.
If you don't want to see them, don't see them. But that does not mean that some people might enjoy them.
