1. It won't make a difference now even if they do...the MUTINY is done |

I have respected Arianna in the past, I have never respected Camejo as even in his union activist days, he was long on promises and short on delivery.
I may agree with Arianna on many points but there are TRULY degrees of corruption and she is helping to hand the state off to the MOST corrupt of influences.
The Republicans have the NERVE to run commercials here saying 300,000 manufacturing jobs have left the state and never ONCE mention their policies that sent those jobs not to nother state but ANOTHER NATION! Manufacturing jobs are down all over the US.
Workers compensation was reformed in the early 90's. IT amounted to a 500 billion dollar WINDFALL for insurance carriers and nearly NO savings to small employers. Back when work comp was originally deregulated it allowed LARGE EMPLOYERS to opt out of the State Fund and self-insure, thus limiting the pool of funds available and strapping SMALL employers with the rising costs associated with administering the program....much the same way deregulating electricity straps consumers and small businesses with all the costs.
Arianna and Camejo are NOT offering people any more an alternative than the Germans who offered prisoners a "bar of soap" as they headed to the "showers" Plain and simple.

Arianna and Camejo are there to "bad cop" Arnold. They aren't there to get votes, they are there to shed light on Arnold's shady dealings. Arianna and Camejo aren't a real threat as far as the election goes...as much as I would like either one to win. If Davis or Bustamente were to do the "bad copping" then they would be smeared as muckrakers.

4. good point, I was glad Arianna went after him |
|
I hope they drop out as late as possible and with a plea:
"CALIFORNIA THIS MAN ARNOLD IS A TROJAN HORSE, A FALSE POPULIST!"
They could say they had to drop out because Arnold can not win.

Arnold is terrible. After Jeb & Florida, I am terrified of what Arnold and his BushCo cronies will pull in 2004 in Cali.

I don't Arianna has a shot. The Repubs have their machine in place, and her tax loophole scandal is going to kill her politically. Besides, how can you oppose this recall )as she said she does), and yet so much want to be Gocernor? The same for Bustamante.

15. So saying things that need to be said is worth handing the state over |
|
to Republicans? Greens often attack Dems for not being the big tent party they say they are...but the logic astounds me..if the Greens are willing to hand this state over to Republicans when Arianna was writing and saying things that needed to be said before and CAMEJO COULD DO the same without helping Repubs...then perhaps the Greens tent is only big enough to fit Republicans but not those more ideologically aligned with them.

14. What if Davis were to resign, right now?? |
|
Bustamente would become governor. And would the election stop, as well? No Ah-nold????

And Davis has done nothing worthy of resignation.
