Why do RWers always insist that they are not being allowed to talk?
Edited on Thu Aug-04-05 05:58 PM by Melodybe
or finish their argument? Have you noticed that they all fucking do this? I am listening to Rick Santorum right now and he is doing all the talking and then having the gall to say that he is not being allowed to talk. They do nothing but litter all of over newspapers, radio stations, and television stations with their fucking side.

They all insist that the more bull shit they spew the more right they will be.

I call enough! If you are just going to sit their and spew nothing but lies, then maybe you should just shut the fuck up.

The truth is the truth, there is no my side, your side. If what I am saying is true and what you are saying is lies than the discussion is over!

The truth is not subjective!

These people drive me nuts! They NEVER shut up, and then say they aren't being allow to talk. WHAT?!?!?!?! Ever find yourself yelling "Shut up!" in your best Bill O'Reilly imitation, to the radio or TV when one of these cretins are babbling on and on and on?

7. They think that all wisdom is contained in their rhetoric.
They figure that they have it all figured out and if someone disagrees with them, then they are being stubborn and wish to remain ignorant and uninformed.

That's true at least for the ones who really believe in so-called conservative values. Their leaders like Rush Limbaugh use it as a rhetorical device a-la doublespeak to do their best to shut down dissent. Either way its bullshit of course, like you said.

17. it goes both ways
they also aren't listening to what the other person is saying.

all they hear is "blah blah blah" and they don't get why the other person is just being allowed to waste time.

10. Yes, the right-wingers think if they yell that 1+ 1 = 3 enough times
then it will be just as valid as 1 + 1 = 2.

14. They feel as if ONLY their side should be "allowed" to talk
so when someone with a different view DARES to speak, they feel personally attacked, and are compelled to interrupt.

They have had the airwaves and the print media to themselves for about 35 years now, and they cannot handle the thought of a different message getting out.
