watching baseball game on tv with corporate logos in background |
|
and rich white republicans sitting in these exclusive seats right behind home plate and half of them are not even watching the game...no wonder nobody watches baseball anymore...it's no longer a sport it's a business run by owners who have no integrity.

2. No, I agree, most of those people aren't watching the game.... |
|
but the ticket is sold, so the owners are happy.
I attended two Oakland A's games last weekend, and I honestly don't understand how families can afford baseball anymore. $28 for a baseball game??? And that isn't even the highest priced ticket. The A's organization is great and the atmosphere is good. But it's a good thing you can sit in the bleachers for $9 or the 3rd deck for $10. I noticed there were a LOT of people in those two areas, while there were noticeable blocks of empty seats on the field level.
