Worldwide Terror Alert

At present we are on a "Worldwide Terror Alert". I don't know exactly what this means. I don't know exactly who decides these sort of things and who issues such a proclamation. I do know the children in Iraq are being terrorized in a multitude of ways. I do know during this time of heightened (read manufactured) fear our feckless leader is clearing brush and probably rehearsing for the next scene in "Goat Stories".

Just thought you should know in case you feel the need to stock up on survival gear.

you might try streaming Randi Rhodes shows over the last three days.

It's no bullshit, except for the fact that it's TOTAL BS fear mongering IMHO and possibly laying groundwork for something. Who knows? But that is the worldwide mandate. One thing I would like to know is exactly who decides this? I mean do the various groups of indigenous people who are being annihilated across the globe get to make such pronouncements as they are being terrorized?

the state dept. sent out a similar message or maybe it is the same worldwide terror alert that has never been rescinded, saying all americans everywhere, in all countries, should have their medications and be prepared for possible terror
