Rumsfeld and cause and effect
Recently, the Sec. of Defense characterized the idea that last month's bombings in London were in retaliation for the invasion of Iraq as 'just preposterous' (have I got the quote right?).

I'm wondering if Rummy was one of those (maybe even a leader) who criticized Newsweek for publishing an article that they said caused riots in Afghanistan.

Because, if so, it kinds seems a little ironic, don't you think?
