Who has more daily users: DU or FR?
I have been looking at bandwith sites lately that track the most popular websites on the web, and I continuously see DU beating the crap out of FR in terms of concurrent users. FR also has a lot of old freakin posts from like last year. Is this everyone's else's experience too, that DU is destroying FR in the most users category?

1. Links?
I would like to see how much of a gap there is between the two sites.

3. I wonder if that would change
when a Dem gets elected. I think it will, and I am looking forward to a new era at DU. I can't imagine that we would become the defenders of the administration line at all costs. I think we can become a GREAT "think tank" of progressive ideas and the activism to go with it.

It will be very cool to work from a base of good liberal principles and explore the details and nuances of the various programs that might be possible.

4. They've become much more delusional over there...
In the past year, it's really become pathetic to see how they justify obvious lies by the administration.

And if there is a particularly bad story about the chimp in the news, no one will even post it.

Ostriches over there.

5. Activity trends on users at FR would be very interesting.
I'd like to know the trend on page views, in particular. I know they have roughly double the membership, but I suspect that they have but a fraction of active posters. I think the trends over time would be most illuminating. If their numbers are dropping, I think that reflects the overall unhappiness with the current admnistration and maybe their fervor for Republican "values" have greatly diminished.
