Podhoretz mentions Daily Kos and DU on Washington Journal..
in response to a comment by a caller that questioned when the media was going to be called on their bias, or something similar, to which Podhoretz said there were a "million" places to get information, inclduding places like Daily Kos and DemocraticUnderground...

1. For once, he's right. Not just Far-Right.
The Blogs are the last uncolonized outposts for information. We're also the future of Democratic Party fund-raising and organizing. Perhaps most important of all, DU and DKos are the most (small-d) democratic forums this side of the old-fashioned town hall meeting. We're an embodiment of grassroots Americana that the neocons thought just a few years ago they had uprooted, paved over, or bought-out.

Norman Podhoretz, who comes from the most insular of special interest media, is the shrinking elitist past looking anxiously at a broad-based future that can no longer be safely controlled from think-tanks, spy shops and corporate board rooms. For the Commentary crowd, the rapid emergence of the Left Blogosphere and the Dean Democrats are the headlights of a looming truck as seen by a deer who wandered onto the Expressway.

The neocons are road kill.

3. I didn't hear that part but I did hear the bastard blame Clinton for 9/11.
It was in response to a caller that blamed Bush, so this prick turns around and blame Clinton. What an ass!

6. That's funny... I don't recall seeing Clinton's name on the PNAC manifesto
...which called for a "new PERLE Harbor". Did see a couple guys named Podhoretz though.

7. True - I blame Clinton for not exposing the whole BFEE with BCCI when
he had the chance in 93.

Instead of allowing ALL of the criminal details of BCCI to be known so NO HONEST CITIZEN could ever even CONSIDER putting a Bush in power ever again, Clinton gave greater concern to the world economy which BCCI revelations could collapse - well, that's what Greenspan advised him, anyway.

10. I wonder if Clinton has ever had any regrets about that decision
especially in light of all that has happened to the US economy since pResident Not Worth A Damn took control.

11. I really feel that the world economy could have dealt with a few years of
uncertainty back then, much better than having to deal with an even more powerful BFEE today.

8. God I hated that piece... Every time someone asked anything...
uncomfortable...

"I don't like Bush. Do you?"

Podoretz: "ANTI SEMITIC SCUM!!! And thank you for your service in Korea."

It got almost comical after the third time.

9. John "touchy" Podhoretz bullied any caller who dared mention the words

jew, jewish, or Israel. interrupted and yelled and didn't let the caller even finish speaking and Lamb cut the callers off when Touchy would start yelling.

what is that man afraid of? is he afraid for the truth to enter his mind?

what a jerk.
