That same CNN lady whispered "that's bullshit" in Novak's earpiece.
Remember a couple of weeks ago during a segment on Lou Dobbs show, you could hear a woman say "that's bullshit"? Well she must have said it again yesterday during the segment with Novak and Carville. Novak probably repeated what she said out loud and when he realized what he did, he gets up and walks off. Is that a possibility?

:-)

I've got the Novak video, as well as the ensuing Daily Show commentary on the show, mirrored at my site: http://www.contemporaryinsanity.org/content/view/158/2/ "> link

6. Josh Marshall of Talking Points Memo talked to James Carville
And Carville didn't think it had anything to do with what had gone on up to that point. But the host had a copy of Who's Who, and was apparently going to lay a little trap for Novak when they talked about the Rove Affair. Novak's not a complete idiot, and guessed what was going to happen from the presence of a rather large tome with a post-it far in the back where the entry for Joseph Wilson might be expected to be found.

Naturally, the right wing dimwits hate, hate, hate instant fact checks, because it gets in the way of their nonstop lies. Carville surmised that Novak, whose dudgeon seemed mostly directed at the host rather than Carville's self-admitted lame gibe, decided to skedaddle before he had to remember what lie he'd told and whether Who's Who would back him up.
