4. Amazing Shot. The Sign Looks Like It Should Be A Birthday Sign Or
something. Then you read it and it is devestatingly tragic. What a shot.

Leave it to a foreign language site to post it. I haven't seen it here.

2. I know exactly how that little girl feels.
My father went to Vietnam when I was about her age.

I hope her Daddy comes back home alive, too. I want them all back home, alive.

3. Maybe the rabid "We love Dubya" crowd
have finally realized just how wasteful and unnecessary this "war" really is, and that those troops are fighting and dying in vain - utterly in vain.

That Kool-Aid sure must take a long time to wear off.......

5. Here's one that I took at the 1/2 scale Vietnam Memorial traveling
Wall, back in 1985:

Sorry, I hope I doesn't ruin anyone's night

6. You haven't ruined anyone's night.
That's a beautiful photo because it shows the truth. War is hell on the homefront, too.

I feel sorry for her.

as I have a long time friend ("cousin") serving in Iraq right now, I can feel for this little girl.

16. No child should have to go through the pain and fear she has, including
even more so the Iraqi children because of an unnecessary war brought to the world by a pack of nutcase neo-con bastards who have turned the entire world upside down for their psychopathic ideology. How the fuck any of them can look in the mirror without wanting to hurl blood is a mystery to me.

18. Wait a freakin' moment here!
This is an excellent shot and we should really send it out to everyone we know. Truly one of the first shots I've seen that conveys it all.

Seriously nominate this one and send it out to all your sources. This should be on the cover of Time or some other behemoth rag.

I am so in tears...

Great find DA.

If so, they don't act like it.

22. It's so sad to see innocent people suffering, thanks Mr. Bush
This is the most utterly ridiculous war in history. All about greed and power, and I don't want Bush or anyone else to try and "candy coat" it for me. The reasons are clear, and all based on lies. For shame.

26. I'm with you on that one.
I have also noticed that even the Republicans I work with here in Oklahoma seem to be turning against the war. Furthermore, they also are leaning toward the belief that Bush lied to the American people and Congress to get us into Iraq.
