Poll question: What would our government do if
the state of Pennsylvania decided that D.C. needed to be overthrown by force, took up arms, and began making serious trouble. Would they

2. Call up the Guard, or whatever domestic troops they have on hand
to fight "insurrections." These days, it would not surprise me to find out they already had plans in place for stamping out/rounding up/incarcerating...

6. Is there some trouble brewing in PA we need to know about?
The last smart Republican president gave my ancestors a four year lesson on what happens to bad little secessionists. I would really hate for Pennsylvania to do anything that might add to Bush's popularity when he, rightfully, smacked down any such lunatics.

Of course you're being silly. The people who elected Rick Sanitarium aren't about to bolt the Constitution written on their home ground.

7. Silly yes... but I am picking at something here... now let's suppose
that Saddam Hussein had prodded Pennsylvania to "rise up" and do what they needed to do.... how would it play here.... because that is exactly what we did to their country once if not twice.
