WAR INJURIES FROM THE IRAQ WAR (PICTURES)!
Edited on Sun Sep-28-03 10:09 PM by Loyal
Don't ever let Bush and his fucking cronies talk about how the injuries in this war are minimal, or that we're doing the right thing. We aren't, and I feel so bad for all of the soldiers wounded in this senseless war. The press barely even talks about our soldier s that are killed, but the ones that are wounded get no coverage at all.

This last one makes me sick, because it's obvious Bush doesn't fucking care. He's trying to squeeze a photo op out of a wounded soldier's trauma. He really IS shameless!

2. I wonder if Bush will sell that last picture for $150 Repuke fundraiser?

Remember how bush sold this picture for $150 a pop as a fundraiser for republicans. That was him on Airforce1 as he ran chicken all over the US on 9/11 instead of attempting to act like a damn president on a day of American Tragdy

3. Its unbelievable how painful and traumatic an amputation is.
I have two friends and a sister who lost limbs. I wouldn't wish it on an enemy.

No air passes the vocal cords due to the tracheostomy.

5. Isn't the last picture
the one where there was an article about the idiot taking the guys hand and then he supposidly dropped to his knees and started praying over the guy? I remember reading somewhere about that....and it sure did make my blood pressure go up. That dirty low-down uncaring sonofabitch....it makes me sick how this jerk fools so many people. I don't know which one is the most ignorant....bu$h or his damn sheeples. :puke:

6. Why do we never see these kind of pictures on the mainstream news?
All we see on the tube and the papers are burnt out vehicles. They are perpetuating the lie that this is a relatively bloodless war. The media and the administration are both complicit.

8. Your expecting genuine sympathy from ANY politician?
All presidents jockey for photo shoots whenever possible. Its part of the game.

"I am young. I am twenty years old; yet I know nothing of life but despair, death, fear, and fatuous superficiality cast over an abyss of sorrow"
I think Erich Remarque would know best, his generation suffered, and I tell you this I dont want mine to as well, I want peace.
