If Cindy Sheehan stays in Crawford throughout the looong Bush
vacation she will, IMHO, have accomplished something that the MSM has failed to do:humanized this war

For all the embedding that went on,all the huge protests that never got accurately reported in the run up to the war, Cindy's stay in Crawford could be this war's Birmingham bus boycott.

If she can stay and people can join her and a groundswell of protest happens in Crawford this August she can change history

One person

The tipping point

Maybe

Thanks, Cindy

2. MSM
The Austin American Statesman had about 3 column inches on page 2, from the LA Times, much milder than the AP report. No mention of my favorite quote - if Bush cares why won't he meet with me. Best quote in the Statesman was Sheehan telling aides they were intelligent men who knew that bush knew his war was not about WMD. Still, pretty calm and token article.

3. They'll break it up soon.........
as soon as she starts getting too much attention, they'll break it all up and tell her to move to a "first amendment zone". We can't have anything spoiling Junior's vacation. Junior can't understand how ANYONE would not want their son or daughter die for him. He's the pretzelnit! He talks to god! They should be happy to make this sacrifice for him, he and his pals are getting richer and richer by the minute. WHY DOES CINDY SHEEHAN HATE AMERICA?

6. She is five freaking miles away. That is a first amendment violation if
I ever heard of one. I hope she stays. And they (the Bu$h worse than nazi`s) will try like hell to get her and her supporters to leave. You could bet Bu$h`s rich pals tax cut on that. And have a sure winning bet.
Peace

4. But wait -
Georgie-boy doesn't watch the TV news or read the newspaper.

How on earth can you expect him to know what's going on? :sarcasm:

I would think that if Pickles is around that, as a mother, she'd at least put a bug in his ass to do the right thing. Unless they keep her totally sedated while at the 'ranch'...
