Just got back from Crawford

and wanted to let everyone know what is going on

Got there around four and met Diane Wilson,(Code Pink) Nathan from Iconoclast was there, Some veterans for peace, and a Du'er from Dallas!Also a great lady from Ft. Hood, and Californians came by as well.

People were coming and going, and I am heading back in the morning with a few things that they need. We are going to get a laptop out there for them to use, and a few other little things.

The weather compared to yesterday was SO much nicer. Cooler and cloudy. Actually bearable. Tomorrow its forecast to be hot again, unfortunately.

Kind of a mystery where Cindy was. I think she was getting her sister back to the airport, but no one could get her on the cell. Probably just out of range. She is supposed to be on Rachel Maddow show I was told. Isnt that right around now? Havent looked, so dont know.

Anyways, I took a few more pics and will add to this thread a little bit later.

9. One of the neighbors

came over on his riding lawn mower to sit and chat. He left my husband with a religious flyer and said to tell Cindy something along the lines of Jesus is the one she needs to talk to, not bush...**sigh*

Then I was told that another neighbor(Im thinking there are three different properties in the 'v' area where they are at, like a triangle of public grass, with trees along one side) asked that all of their things be removed so that they werent on 'her' side.

*sigh* again.

Finally, if the damn police cars would slow down it would be nice. My husband and I were there for about three hours, and there was a cop every fifteen minutes whizzing by, sometimes by the twos and threes. Most drove just fine, but a few drove really fast. as far as we all were from the main traffic, you'd have to be driving a mac truck to have actually hit anyone, though. Everyone is a good hundred feet from all the traffic.

here I am standing almost in the road where the SS, Police, and general traffic goes by, it is behind me. To the left is the triangle where folks are parking their cars. this actual road in front of me, is where absolutely no cars go by.( so it would be a helluva distance for anyone to get hit on 'accident')

can't tell you how proud it makes me to see that there are those that still make a point of it to put into PRACTICE what we've actually fought several wars to protect....NOT including the last god knows how many (including all those 'little' incursions into Latin America, the proxy wars the world over, etc)

my thoughts and prayers go out to all of you, especially those there who've lost loved ones to the evil ones

PS....it would be most excellent if somebody tried very hard to

pictorial representation is so compelling

for example, the BBV deal really hit home when somebody posted video of that Curtiss guy testifying how that creep Feeney asked him to write code to STEAL the election in Florida

I am definitely taking pics of the SS/ police today. Im heading back out in a couple of hours.

I feel so lucky that Im only forty miles away, but man I wish the gas prices would go down...oh well, wish in one hand, spit in bush's eye...
