Bush approval percent close to 40, Hillary close to 70!!!! LMAO!!!!
http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/08/08/bush.poll/index.html

<snip>

He twice before hit the 45 percent mark in the poll, in June and March of this year.

Bush has seen his approval rating plummet since he was sworn in for a second term in January, when 57 percent approved of his handling of the job and 40 percent disapproved.

The poll involved interviews with 1,004 adult Americans conducted by telephone Friday through Sunday. The total included 443 who identified themselves as Republicans and 466 who said they were Democrats.

While Bush's slide in approval rating continues, a former resident of the White House, Sen. Hillary Clinton, saw her poll numbers rise.

According to the poll, 68 percent of respondents said they feel Clinton is a strong and decisive leader, and 60 percent said they view the Democratic senator from New York as likable.

<snip>

Take a look at the entire link, it's not all great news for Clinton, still I am proud of her. :)

1. That's so hilarious and pathetic
LOL. Someone who is a Senator and might be running in 2008 has a higher approval raiting. LOL. Is this all over the country in general or just NY? I know the Bush raiting is all over and that's the sweet sweet justice!

5. I'm skeptical about Hillary,
but I can't argue with numbers like that. If she continues to pull numbers like that, I may change my mind about her.

My greatest fear is that Hillary, in spite of good Numbers, can't really win an election. My second greatest fear is that she is a closet conservative. We don't need a conservative Democrat at this time. We need someone who stands up and says, "I'm liberal, and I'm proud." If we don't get someone who can speak up for liberals, we will just get these horrible conservatives back again, and that would be a disaster for the nation.
