Wingnuts with herrings abound on Hoffmania!!
GOD these people are delusional beyond belief. From Hoffmania; some dickhead calling himself "theadversary" takes the side of Gunny Bob Newman, the wingnut hatemaster ripping on a defenseless mother who lost her son in Iraq. Among his ridiculous talking points:

First, we have a nice bit of word mincing going on here. True, the 9/11 Commission didn't say that Hussein was personally training terrorists. However, it DID acknowledge that there were terror training camps in northern Iraq. It was further established by the 9/11 Commission that there were contacts between AQ and the Hussein regime. One can argue how extensive those contacts were, but they were contacts. Finally, it is beyond dispute that the Hussein regime paid the families of homicide bombers in Israel.

Second, the inspections were not working. If they were, we wouldn't have found munitions with sarin never agent in them. Husein routinely threw inspectors out, used delaying tactics in admitting inspectors into facilities, and failed to account for tons of weapons grade materials that even the UN said he had.

Fourth, you have to trot out the old leftist diversion of the nationalities of the 9/11 attackers. If any of you left wing types can provide documentary evidence that the GOVERNMENT of Saudi Arabia sponsored or in any way aided the 9/11 attacks, I'm all for going into Saudi Arabia too. Of course, if we decided to do that, you people would suddenly change your mind, wouldn't you? You know this argument is a complete red herring because deep down you wouldn't support an attack on Saudi Arabia. Admit it and stop being dishonest in your arguments.

Fifth, he WAS protecting America from terrorists. Tell me, how many successful terrorist attacks have there been on US soil since the Iraq invasion? Exactly zero. None. Zip. Nadda. Why? Because the terrorists are going to Iraq. It has become a giant terrorist roach motel. They check in, but they don't check out.

DUMB. SHIT.

Yeah, let's believe ANYthing the 9/11 "Omission", stacked with Cheney/Big Oil-connected Repukes like Kean, Hamilton and Zelikow says. I'd sure like to know where this fictional connection was, wingnut. Obviously you know more about this than all of our intelligence, all of the briefings that said there WAS NO CONNECTION . . . Jesus, I can't take these assholes.

What about the Anthrax mailings? So the D.C. Sniper fiasco WASN'T an act of terror? Tell my sister, who lives down the street from the bus stop where one of the victims was shot, that being a random moving target for months isn't being terrorized, you fuck. What about those commuters in London? Just because it isn't happening on OUR soil or by Americans doesn't mean it's not happening. And never mind that the biggest attack on American soil in HISTORY happened ON YOUR HERO'S WATCH . . . THROUGH HIS INCOMPETENT ADMINISTRATION THAT LET (I believe MADE) IT HAPPEN!!! Dumbshit.

1. Great
What will be interesting is if terrorists ever make a successful attack on American soil - rather than being proof that the President's plan isn't working; it will be proof that we must stay the course.

2. You KNOW they'll spin it in that fashion . . .
Anything to prop up their tumbling, duct-taped house of cards.

4. Yes, I also get frustrated when
liberal say, "if there is another attack people will turn on * "

Just boggles my mind.

Did this happen to Poodle-in-Chief? Nope, he's getting to play "pin-the-hate-on-the-dark-people" and gets a feel for leading a police state...just like cousin georgy.

Where are all those color-coded terror warnings? I wonder if $'s followers think it a bit weird? Where's one of those handy dandy videos of scary OBL? Oh, that's right, there's no election cycle. I bet when the 06 season comes round we'll be seeing more of them again.

May God keep watch over us and our loved ones. Because I see no reason why they should care, their power and popularity just increases each time.

That proves nothing and I may be totally wrong, but does make me wonder.

Why did * not keep his promise and catch him, dead or alive?
Why did he say they were going to "smoke them out" if they let them escape through Bora Bora????
