A thought: Bush will meet with Cindy, but plant a pro-war military mom... |
|
... in the crowd, who will "spontaneously" speak up, just when Cindy starts to lay into Bush.
Bush will then ask her to join in this "impromptu" roundtable of all sides of the issue. He mutters a few words about "Well, we can see there are many strong opinions on both sides, and I greatly respect the ultimate sacrifice you loving mothers have made.. gotta go now."
The "spontaneous" other mom distracts Cindy (with the help of the Secret Service who run interference). It degenerates into a debate among military moms, with Cindy looking like the "crazy" one (as she no doubt will attempt to pursue Bush). Instead, of course, it should have been a debate between a military mom and the president.
He goes into an issue with no control and leaves with total control.
Karl Rove is putting the finishing touches on this one as we speak, no doubt. His parting(?) gift to his friend.

3. JG in drag? Yikes. That could be a secret weapon on the front lines. |
|
I expect hordes of pro war folks to be bussed in real soon. And they will remove Sheehan for her own safety. It will do little to step the tide that is rising now.

No, he'll ignore her forever. And MSM won't cover it.

7. Yeah, that's his safest bet. I'd rather him do that than the above. But... |
|
... there's a real risk ignoring her could have serious consequences for him. It depends on how much media coverage she gets in the next few days.
If it's significant, he'll come off looking like a coward who is willing to send our sons off to die, but not willing to confront the mothers who lose those sons.

8. Personally, I feel Cindy |
|
can handle a situation like that with ease. She's tough, confident and RIGHT, all done articulately with subtle flair and sincerity.

10. It MUST remain peaceful there. |
|
If anyone goes, don't react to the goons that will be sent out to provoke you. They will show up, they can't stay away. Make sure you remain peaceful, drop and cover if they start any violence. Eventually the administration and media will want to see something happen, don't react.

Provoke the opposition to violence and neutralize them. Ghandi rules.

12. Exactly. A question was asked awhile back, what would you die for? |
|
If my son were killed in this invasion/occupation, I would die to promote peace. I would act in a peaceful manner to stop the war, but would die for it if need be. Peace to all.

13. Their conversation, if it happens, will NEVER be allowed to be taped |
|
photographed, etc.
No way in hell we ever see it, so it will always be a he said/she said thing. You can't prove anything that way.
If it were me, I would TRY to sneak in a micro cassette, but SS would in all likelihood find it, and meeting would be OFF (how dare she try to sneak a device like this in to the proximity of the President, why, she is a POTENTIAL ASSASSIN.)
You all know that is how it would play.
