Sheehan is sad but poetic justice : coffins are hidden, the grief cannot
It just occurred to me that there is a beautiful parallel starting to develop : as other grieving families are traveling to join Cindy in Crawford, in the end Bush*co will end up exactly where they didn't want to be : with a lot of focus on the human cost of this surreal war. And from the human costs follows directly "what FOR?".

The coffins returning are being hidden in broad daylight, and the dead cannot speak up.
But their loved ones can, and as 1800+ deaths will have caused grievance to a LOT more people, they will be a force to reckon with;

So in trying to squash, they will magnify.

PS : in Belgium, a pedophile abducted and killed several girls. the public outcry came in the form of a "white march" in which no one spoke, it were almost all families carrying white balloons.
The signal was very powerful. Maybe everyone going to Crawford should have only a sign with the photo of one of those killed in Iraq. No further slogans needed.

the number of US troops dying in Iraq. He said it was just sick, to keep track of the body count like that.

Al Franken played a clip of Limbaugh saying this.

So it's not enough they bring the coffins back, hidden from the public view as if they don't exist, now the right wing wants to eliminate even counting the deaths on paper?
