Will we never be delivered from the vision of his simian rictus. Even just a caesura from the idiot prince would be like a bath in a cool placid lake. Will these wastrels never realize their own ineptitude and stand before the American people, volte faced, and admit once and for all, that which is obvious to the entire word, that they were WRONG! I say AAAAArrrrrggggghhhh.

5. In Firefox use DictionarySearch 0.9.2
If you use Firefox as a browser, you can add extensions to add functions. You do this under "Tools/Extensions." When the popup is displayed chose "Get more extensions." If you select "popular" on the left side, it will be on page 3.

This is a fabulous feature of Firefox. You just highlight a word with a left click. Then right click like you would for cut, copy, or paste and it will have an option to look up the highlighted word. The definition page will open as a new tab.

You can find Firefox at downloads.com. If you have not tried tab browsing and extensions, you are really missing something.

2. I don't think it's ersatz at all ... it's REAL; these guys will die
for each other rather than admit they're wrong or break ranks. That's the scariest thing; their loyalty knows no limits. (Where is the "Deep Throat" of this administration?)

3. I'm with you on this one
Cindy Sheehan was quoted as saying something to the effect that she knows deep down that the two functionaries who were sent to mollify her could not seriously believe the policies they were officially supporting or be confident in their support of their leader. Surely she must be right.

After all, we are now down to a 38% approval rating on Iraq and not much higher on overall leadership. Surely there are those in the administration who feel the same. It appears, though, that they firmly believe that their reward, if it doesn't come in heaven or in future government service, will certainly come from the corporate or lobbying world once they are out of power.

4. This is a concerted and dedicated effort to take over the United States
of America. The corporate fascists, the right-wing social extremists and certain fractions of the military have united to take over the country. It's just that simple. It's war to them...a much more real war than that little one in Iraq. The goal is to make America into a one-party country, with the Dems as a small, token party to satisfy the notion that there whould be minority representation. And, in such a war, loyalty to the majority ruling party is everything. There are no other ethics...only loyalty to the cause. I can't decide if we Dems should adopt the same attitude, or is it our refusal to adopt such tactics as "the means justify the end" that makes we Dems superior to those apes? Either way, we're fucked.

7. it's called a "self-coup"
See self-coup in wikipedia.

The legislature in this case hasn't been so much dissolved as made into a sham.
