So Iran did break the seals, but the UN was there. Is that right now?

BEGAN- simple past (did it)
HAVE BEGUN- present participle (began and are still doing it)
ARE GOING TO BREAK- future tense.

Can't tell who edited. I just wish we could get a straight answer about anything anymore. The buildup to Iran is getting very serious, and we can't afford to have jackass reporting like this. Yesterday, I pointed out a couple of other stories that are just as confusing.
